Rosseti Volga

June 28, 2021

Andrey Mayorov, First Deputy General Director and Chief Engineer of ROSSETI, held a meeting with the management of the technical units of Rosseti Volga in Saratov

Main topics of the meeting:

- Reliability of power supply to consumers. In 2020, the number of technological violations in the area of responsibility of ROSSETI Volga has been reduced by 12%. To maintain a positive trend, it is necessary to strictly implement the repair program. The amount of financing in 2021 is 4.16 billion rubles. Mass works started in April and will be completed in September. Planned tasks: repair of 7,300 km of power lines, equipment at 567 35-110 kV substations, 5,500 complete transformer substations.
- Reliability of accident data Within the framework of the order of PJSC ROSSETI "On improving the system for recording technological violations", work has been initiated to synchronize data on disconnections of power grid facilities recorded automatically with systems for recording data from electronic logs of disconnections filled in manually by personnel.
- Bringing the RES into a normative state. ROSSETI Volga plans to work in 203 districts of electric networks (repair of industrial, household and warehouse premises, landscaping, etc.). Funding for 2022-2023 is 122 million rubles.
- Occupational safety. ROSSETI implements the Vision Zero concept of zero injuries. For the preparation of the program, the model of James Rison "Swiss Cheese" was applied – potential errors were identified during the organization and conduct of work, corrective measures were prepared. The pilot project is being implemented by ROSSETI Ural.

"The rapid and high-quality implementation of the concept will be facilitated by the development of a system of material and non-material motivation of personnel for the unconditional fulfillment of labor protection requirements throughout the ROSSETI Group. The application of these measures allows us to count not only on increasing the income of employees and improving their social status, but also on increasing the prestige of the profession, " Andrey Mayorov stressed.
