PJSC Rosseti and the Russian Regional Development Bank (RRDB) have signed an agreement on expanding cooperation in the framework of the business program of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The document was signed by Andrey Murov, First Deputy Director General - Executive Director of PJSC Rosseti, and Dina Malikova, President of RRDB. 

Currently, the bank is working with Rosseti and its subsidiaries mainly in the areas related to financing of the operating activities and investment projects in the regions within the corporate footprint. The agreement also provides for the development of other areas, including comprehensive banking services, using capital market instruments (bonds, syndicated loans), performing trade finance transactions related to provision of bank guarantees and organization of letter of credit payment methods, provision of settlement and cash services, and liquidity management. 

The cooperation is also to cover consumer and mortgage lending programs for the employees of Rosseti Group, and introduction of modern technologies for managing financial resources, including digital solutions. RRDB are also willing to provide consulting and informational services in the fields of finance and banking.
