Due to the reorganization of PJSC Lenenergo through a consolidation of JSC TsEK, JSC Kurortenergo, JSC PES and JSC SPb ES in accordance with the Equity & Bond Market and Deposit Market Trading Rules of the Moscow Exchange, the following limitations on settlement codes are currently applicable to applications for trading in PJSC Lenenergo shares on the Moscow Exchange (tickers: LSNG and LSNGP):

• From February 26, 2020, only settlement codes with a settlement date not later than March 18, 2020 will be accepted;

• From March 19, 2020, T0 will be the only acceptable settlement code.

Please note that PJSC Lenenergo shares continue to be traded on the Moscow Exchange subject to the above changes in the trading terms. In case of any questions regarding access to trading in PJSC Lenenergo shares during the validity of the above limitations, address your representative at the stock exchange (broker). T+ trading will be resumed after the reorganization is completed (the relevant entries are entered into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities) not later than March 26, 2020.
