Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region received the Grand Prix in the nomination “Best Annual Report of a Company with a Capitalization of Up to RUB 40 Billion” of the annual reports competition organized by the Moscow Exchange. In 2024, the expert council and jury evaluated the competition projects of 106 leading enterprises from all sectors of the economy.

In the reporting documents of the Companies for the past year, the main attention was paid to technological development and strengthening cooperation with regional leaders, consumers and employees, as well as with shareholders, investors and foreign partners from the electric power industry. Significant emphasis was placed on the contribution of the energy companies to the implementation of Russian National Projects, improving social infrastructure and improving the quality of life in the territories of presence.

The documents disclose strategic goals and their achievement in 2023 in such key areas of activity as: digital transformation, increasing operational and investment efficiency, developing new types of business and human resources. ESG indicators were also taken into account when assessing the effectiveness of the management system.

The competition is one of the most important events of the year in the field of corporate governance and investor relations. The awards received confirm the high quality of the work done and the professionalism of the companies’ specialists.
