At the meeting by correspondence held on April 29, 2019, the Board of Directors of Rosseti agreed on the appointment of Konstantin Mikhailik – the winner of the "Leaders of Russia", competition of managers, to the position of Deputy Director-General for operation.

Pavel Livinskiy, the Head of the Rosseti Group who has been a mentor to the contest participants for the second year in a row, pointed out that Konstantin who had held senior positions in the energy holding for more than five years and had provided a successful solution to a wide range of diverse tasks, had knowledge of all internal processes and plans for the development of the industry, hence in his new position he would undoubtedly make an additional contribution to improving the efficiency of the power grid.

Konstantin Mikhailik has a degree in Economics and law, is fluent in three foreign languages, has Ph.D. in Law, is experienced in optimization of business processes, crisis management, increasing operational efficiency.

Rosseti actively supports the participants of the Leaders of Russia competition - especially those interested in the development of the Russian power grid, thus another bunch of finalists and winners will become part of the Rosseti team in 2019. For example, Nikolay Parfentyev, this year's winner, will become the adviser to Rosseti company.

At the same time, a number of other participants of the Leaders of Russia were included in the nearest candidates pool of the Rosseti Group. Having proved their deep knowledge and high professionalism, as well as expressing a wish to contribute to the development of the power grid of Russia, many specialists from other industries and business structures are involved in the implementation of various projects as external consultants.
