Today, the First Industry Innovators Forum “Innovations and organizational transformations in industrial companies” opened at the site of Jubilee Sanatorium which belongs to PJSC Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works.

The event organized by the Industrial Innovations association together with MMK and Ya-IT-i IT & Digital Directors Club will last for two days. The forum is aimed at giving the industrial companies an opportunity to exchange their experiences and best practices in the fields of innovations and organizational transformation.

The programme of the event includes plenary sessions, panel discussions on industrial innovations and the acquaintance with MMK's innovative system, in particular, with the implemented digitalization strategy of PJSC MMK and the experience of using RPA software robots in the company. The guests will also be welcomed at the production site of PJSC MMK.

Among the participants of the forum are managers and specialists in the fields of innovative development, digital transformation and R&D, representing leading Russian industrial corporations: Gazprom Neft, MMK, Severstal, NLMK, Norniñkel, Chelpipe Group, MTS, Ilim Group etc. The participants will share their experiences and opinions on innovations and productive approach in industrial companies, flexible ways of managing innovative projects, breakthrough technologies of Industry 4.0 and their impact on organizational chart and corporate culture in industrial companies.
