The Russian Institute of Directors has confirmed the National Corporate Governance Rating (NCGR) of Rosseti Centre, PJSC at NCGR 7 “Developed Corporate Governance Practice”

The rating is based on an assessment of the Company’s corporate governance practices across 4 components: shareholder rights, activities of management and control bodies, information disclosure, corporate social responsibility and sustainable development.

During the monitoring, the RID experts noted, among other things, that Rosseti Centre, PJSC has a positive dividend history; three independent directors have joined the new Board of Directors of the Company, and an independent director has headed the Audit Committee; the corporate website is highly informative for all stakeholders.

The rating score of “7” means that the Company follows a significant number of recommendations of the Russian Corporate Governance Code and standards in the field of sustainable development. The Company is characterized by quite low stakeholder risks associated with the quality of corporate governance and sustainable development management.
