PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY)
announces that for the first time in the company’s history Moody’s
raised baseline credit ratings on PJSC RusHydro to investment grade
‘Baa3’. The rating agency affirmed RusHydro’s long-term credit
rating as well as the rating of loan-participation notes issued by
RusHydro Capital Markets DAC at ‘Baa3’ (outlook stable).
The rating agency’s analysts took into
consideration RusHydro’s successful track record of executing
complex investment projects as well as plans to modernize and bring
online new large-scale facilities in the Far East with guaranteed
return on investment. Moody’s also quoted the Company’s strong
operational and financial performance, high liquidity level and
moderate leverage.
