Based on the results of work for 2020, the Customer Relations Department (CRD) of the Ulyanovsk Distribution Grids Branch of Rosseti Volga, PJSC received 4,800 calls.
Most of them are applications for technological connection of facilities to the branch’s grids. The number of such applications amounted to 1,965. Also, the CRD of the branch received 429 requests on issues related to the re-registration of technological connection when the owner was changed. Also, requests on various issues to the branch were received through the personal account of the Power Grid Services Portal. In 2020, 2,115 such requests were received in this way.
Due to the epidemiological situation in the region, the Customers Relations Department of the branch continues to work remotely. The specialists of the department consult potential consumers by phone, explain the information on the procedure for technological connection and the procedure for connecting to power grids, and also help in filling out the necessary documents.
