announces its operating results for the fourth quarter and the twelve
months ended 31 December 2023.
4Q 2023
Highlights:
New contract
sales amounted to RUB 71 billion, or 324 th. sqm;
Share of mortgage
sales amounted to 73%, up from 70% in 4Q 2022.
FY
2023Highlights:
New contract sales increased to RUB 216
billion, or 1 099 th. sqm;
Share of mortgage sales amounted to 75%;
Completions reached 974 th. sqm of net
sellable area;
New 884 th. sqm of net sellable area launched
in the reporting period.
