LSR Group, one of the leading real estate developers and building materials producers in Russia, became the first Russian construction company to be included in the ESG rating of the independent European rating agency RAEX-Europe, and immediately took 34th position with the BBB (esg) level. This is the highest rank among the beginners.

The ESG rating reflects the extent of the focus on sustainable development in the environmental, social and economic spheres to which the process of making key business decisions in a company is. Monitoring is carried out monthly based on public data in open sources. Agency analysts assess the performance of companies on 200 indicators in three main areas: Environmental (environment), Social (social sphere) and Governance (management).

 RAEX-Europe is the largest rating agency with Russian origin in the field of non-credit ratings. The results of RAEX research are published in leading business media, and are recognized by government agencies and major corporations. They are also used in tenders and competitions. The agency specializes in ratings for responsible investments.
