The document was signed by Andrey Ryumin, Director General of PJSC Rosseti, and Herman Gref, President and the Chairman of the Management Board of Sberbank at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The agreement provides for the cooperation on financial services in the interests of the company and its subsidiaries, including investments, as well as consulting and informational support.
In particular, the partnership implies an exchange of experience and cooperation on investing in innovative economy sectors, high-tech industries, and highly promising assets.
To ensure the production processes of Rosseti, the Bank is willing to provide digital technologies, including biometric (VisionLabs) and cloud (SberCloud) solutions, as well as operational solutions of Sberbank ecosystem aimed at improving the efficiency of the company's business functionality.
"Today we have signed another partnership agreement expanding our cooperation with Sberbank. It is not only one of the largest financial institutions in the country, with long and successful cooperation history with organizations of the electric grid complex, but also an innovative leader offering breakthrough solutions. I am positive that implementation of the agreement will contribute to the solution of strategically important tasks of the company - improvement of operational efficiency, technological development, and creation and promotion of new customer services," Andrey Ryumin said.
