RusHydro Group (hereinafter referred to as the “Group”, ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that it has fully paid the dividend for 2020 in the amount of RUB 23.3 bn or 50% of net profit for 2020 which is above the average amount distributed over the last three years.

The total amount of dividend distributed to shareholders was RUB 23.29 bn. On June 30, 2021, the Annual General Meeting of Shareholder of RusHydro resolved to pay dividends for 2020 in the amount of RUB 0.0530482 per share.

RusHydro is committed to long-term dividend growth in the interest of shareholders taking into account the company’s development priorities. In recent years, the company has consistently paid dividends at 50% of its IFRS net profit. During 2015-2020, the company has paid over RUB 100 bn in dividends including over RUB 60 bn to the budget of Russian Federation. In 2019, RusHydro has paid dividends at the average amount of last three years. In 2021, the current dividend policy has been extended for an additional six years. Such measure guarantees shareholders a minimal dividend amount and improves the company’s investment attractiveness.
