Yuriy Lyubimov’s commencement of employment in the company as a
Member of the Management Board, First Deputy Director General. He
will be responsible for legal and property matters.
Yuriy Lyubimov was born in 1977 in Leningrad. He
has graduated with honors from St. Petersburg State University with a
degree in law and from University of Nancy (France), where he has
completed DEA program.
During 2005-2008, he held the position of an
advisor to the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the
Russian Federation.
In 2008, he was appointed first Deputy Director of
the Russian State Register.
During 2009-2012, he held the position of Deputy
Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation.
In 2012, he was appointed the position of State
Secretary-Deputy Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation, which
he has held until 2019.
From 2019 to 2020, he held the position of Deputy
Chief of Staff of the Russian Federation.
In March 2021, he was appointed First Deputy
Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation. He held that position
until August 2021.
Yuriy Lyubimov is an Active Legal State Advisor to
the Russian Federation, 1st class.
