The 27th Metal-Expo International Industrial Exhibition will begin tomorrow, where Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works is a seasoned participant.

The collective MMK stand is traditionally one of the biggest and best represented at Metal-Expo, the largest metal-working and industrial forum in Russia. At the stand, visitors will discover with product and technological capabilities both from MMK itself and from the other organisations that comprise MMK. The full spectrum of MMK products will be presented: from hot-rolled and long products to automotive sheets, coated rolled products and ranges of high-strength and wear-resistant steels under the MAGSTRONG brand.

In addition to managers and plant specialists and MMK trading house specialists, representatives of MMK group companies whose products will also be exhibited at Metal-Expo will be working at the stand. Among them are Magnitogorsk Rolling Rolls Plant, Ogneupor LLC, Slakservice LLC, and United Service Company LLC. PJSC MMK Lysvensky Metallurgical Plant will present thin-sheet electrolytically galvanized steel with polymer coating and steel with decorative coating - SteelArt, including the new "Vintage Wood" pattern, which have demonstrated excellent results on domestic and foreign markets. In addition, visitors will be offered samples of new products. First of all, it is rolled steel with polyurethane coating and with PVDF coating, characterized by increased resistance to UV radiation. Rolling with double-sided textured coating, as well as with anti-vandal and anti-bacterial coatings should not be excluded.

Another subsidiary of MMK Group, Mechanical Repair Complex, will be presenting its products and services at MetallurgMash exposition. The Magnitogorsk Metalware and Calibration Plant "MMK-METIZ" will also have a separate stand. The Company's exhibition pavilion, with a total area of 120 square metres, resembles a spaceship, each part of which is designed to acquaint visitors with the production and products through modern interactive technology. On a large touchscreen screen, you'll be able to see clips showing the processes of making fasteners, galvanizing wire and coiling ropes in 3D. There will also be a photo zone, where everyone can get their photo taken with a retro camera. On the second screen a new series of animated films about the life of hardware products called "Made with love" will be displayed. Enterprise specialists will talk about the production of hardware products and the latest brands of metal products, successfully mastered in recent years.

Managers and specialists from MMK will also participate in the extensive business and competition programme of the Metallurgical Forum. In addition, several agreements between MMK and its partners are planned to be signed on the sidelines of Metal-Expo.

The 27th Metal-Expo International Industrial Exhibition will be held from November 11-13th at the Fairgrounds Expocentre in Krasnaya Presnya. The metals industry forum has changed its location and expanded: this year it will be attended by over 500 leading steel companies, with the exhibition area exceeding 30 thousand squared metres. About 50 events are planned within the Metal-Expo business programme.
