For the attention of Eurobond holders: payments under Decree No. 198
of 19 March 2024.
In addition to the previously published
announcement
dated 17 May 2024, PJSC ALROSA (the “Company”)
hereby informs that the form of payment request and the list of
documents have been updated and amended at the request of the
National Settlement Depository (NSD), which reviews the submissions
in accordance with Decree No. 198.
Attached to this press release are both the
amended files and draft redline documents to track the changes.
Payment requests and supporting documents will be
accepted at 24 Ozerkovskaya Embankment, Bld. 1, Moscow till
16 June 2024, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on business
days.
The Company will also keep those concerned
informed through its website in case of any updates.
