Forbes has been publishing its ranking of Russia's
best employers since 2019. This year's list includes 104 companies.
Particular attention was paid to sustainability practices (ESG), as
well as the quality of human resources and social responsibility
towards employees when assessing a company's attractiveness as an
employer. The experts rated the participating companies according to
18 main metrics grouped in the blocks of "employees and
society", "corporate governance" and "environment".
Depending on the results, companies were divided into four
categories: platinum, gold, silver and bronze. In 2021, gold was the
highest rating received by any of the mining and metallurgical
companies in the rating.
