Statements for the 12 months period, ended March 31, 2022 prepared in
accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Consolidated TGC-1 Group revenue for 3M 2022
increased by 11.9% year-on-year, up to RUB 36,379 mln. The revenue
growth resulted from increased electricity spot prices and growing
electricity and heat demand in the North-West region on the back of
lower air temperature in 1Q 2022.
Group’s comparable operating expenses increased
by 7.2%, up to RUB 28,753 mln year-on-year, mainly, on the account of
growing fuel expenses, on the back of increased CHPs production.
Group’s operating profit increased to RUB 7,677
mln, up by 41.4%, EBITDA for the period amounted to RUB 10,882 mln
(+31.0%). Profit for the period amounted to RUB 6,266 mln (+42.5%).
