As part of the competition of annual reports organized by the RAEX Rating Agency (RAEX-Analytics), the integrated annual reports of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region for 2022 received 5 stars (the highest quality), improving the result of last year.

The annual report of Rosseti Centre and Volga region also won in the special nomination of the Russian Institute of Directors “Best level of disclosure of information on corporate governance practices” and took the 2nd place in the category “Best integrated annual report”.

In 2023, a record number of annual reports from 235 organizations took part in the competition. The authoritative independent commission included leading experts and developers of annual reporting, including representatives of the Committee of the Russian Union of Industrial Enterprises on Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development.

The Companies will continue to pursue a sustainable development trajectory by increasing information transparency for all stakeholders.
