The annual reports of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga
region for 2022 received awards in the XXVI annual report competition
organized by the Moscow Exchange. The report of Rosseti Centre became
the winner in the “Best disclosure of information on corporate
governance” category. The Grand Prix of the competition in the
category “Best annual report of a company with a capitalization of
up to RUB 40 billion” went to the report of Rosseti Centre and
Volga region.
As part of the annual competition, an expert panel
and jury evaluated the annual reports of 85 participants, recognizing
the best companies that pay special attention to the quality of
information disclosure. This event is an important event to sum up
the results in the field of corporate governance and interaction with
investors.
