Hot water circulation in the heating mains ?1, 3, 4, 6 of Krasnogorskaya HPP is stopped. Technological equipment of the station is transferred to the mode of hot water supply. Power facilities are being prepared for the next heating season. Power boiler ?5 and turbounit ?10 are stopped because of the capital repairs.

The early stopping of the heating season in the city is caused by the government solution to test the municipal networks to find heating energy losses there. There is a serious question in Kamensk-Uralsk about efficient and rational use of the heating resources and consequently timely payments for them. So the current debt of Kamenskaya Utility Company to TGC-9 exceeds 240 million rubles.

TGC-9 has already begun preparations for the autumn-winter season 2008-2009. They have already worked out repair schedules for the power equipment and heating networks, as well as the schedules for testing pipelines with high pressure (pressure testing). As a rule they are carried out without any limitation of hot water supply.

One of the significant funds sources for heating network development in Yekaterinburg will be charges for the technological connection of new objects in accordance with TGC-9 investment program on centralized heat supply to the city.
