November 17, 2020. Moscow, Russia. RusHydro Group (hereinafter referred to as the “Group”, ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that it has fully paid the dividend for 2018. Total amount of dividend paid amounted to RUB 15.674 bn or the average of the last three years according to the new dividend policy.

The total amount of dividend distributed to shareholders was RUB 15.666 bn. On September 30, 2020, the Annual General Meeting of Shareholder of RusHydro resolved to pay dividends for 2019 in the amount of RUB 0.03568039 per share.

Because PJSC RusHydro and JSC VTB Registrar are missing correct banking or postal details of some shareholders, dividend to these shareholders was returned to the company in compliance with the current legislation.

RusHydro is committed to long-term dividend growth in the interest of shareholders taking into account the company’s development priorities. In recent years, the company has consistently paid dividends at 50% of its IFRS net profit. In the current year the dividends were paid in accordance to the new dividend policy approved by the Board of Directors in 2019 setting the payment at 50% of IFRS net profit but not less than the last three-year average. Such measure guarantees shareholders a minimal dividend amount and improves the company’s investment attractiveness. During 2016-2020, the company has paid RUB 77.7 bn in dividends including over RUB 48 to the budget of Russian Federation.
