May 28, 2021. Moscow, Russia. PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that the Company's Board of Directors has approved the Management’s proposal to extend the dividend policy for six years from the date of the meeting on May 27, 2021.

The prolongation of the dividend policy initially approved by the Board of Directors in 2019 aims to improve consistency and transparency of dividend payments to shareholders as dividend yield remains on the key factors of investment attractiveness. In accordance with the policy, a minimal payout level is set at the average amount of dividends paid over the last three years. Such measure guarantees shareholders a minimal dividend amount further contributing to the Company’s investment appeal.

RusHydro is committed to long-term dividend growth in absolute terms in the interest of its shareholders and the Company’s development priorities. Over the last three years, RusHydro has distributed RUB 43 bn in dividends.
