On 28 May, 2008, the MICEX stock market adopted a decision to transfer the ordinary registered shares in JSC RusHydro from Quotation list “C” to Quotation list “B”.  Trading in the JSC RusHydro shares on Quotation list “B” will start at the beginning of next week.

Let is recall that, in February 2008, JSC RusHydro shares underwent the procedure for admission of securities for trading by the main trade institutors on the Russian securities market MICEX and RTS. Trading was launched on 11 February, 2008.

On 6 May, 2008, JSC RusHydro ordinary registered shares began trading on the RTS Quotation list “B” and, in the third quarter of 2008, it is planned to transfer the shares to the RTS and MICEX quotation lists “A”.
