On the Company’s priorities.
On internal documents of RusHydro.
Stating positions of RusHydro (RusHydro’s
representatives) on the agenda items of the governing bodies of the
Company’s subsidiaries and affiliates.
Determination of remuneration of the
Company's auditor.
The information on decisions of the Board will be
made available in compliance with regulatory requirements.
