April 17, 2018. Moscow, Russia. PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) has paid coupons on series 01 and 02 bonds (state registration number 4-01-55038-E and 4-02-55038-Å of September 23, 2010).

In accordance with the Decision on securities issue, RusHydro made coupon payment on series 01 and 02 bonds with a coupon rate of 9.5% per annum on April 16, 2018 (at the end of the fourteenth coupon period).

The amount paid totaled RUB 11,804,325.43 including RUB 4,190,503.23 on series 01 bonds and RUB 7,613,822.20 on series 02 bonds. Coupon payment amounted to RUB 47.37 per bond.
In April 2011, RusHydro successfully placed series 01 and 02 bonds in total amount of RUB 15 bn (state registration number 4-01-55038-E and 4-02-55038-Å respectively). In April 2016, the coupon rate for 11- 20 coupon payments was set at 9.5% per annum. The bonds were included in Level 3 quotation list of securities admitted to trading on MOEX.
