May 22, 2009 (Friday) RusHydro announces IFRS 2008 results and 1st quarter 2009 operating results:
· IFRS 2008 will be published at RusHydro web site at 10.00 a.m. (Moscow time):

· Executives at JSC RusHydro will give a conference call followed by Q&A at 5.00 p.m. Moscow time (2.00 p.m. London time).
