In the course of the duty call to Tyumen, d-r  Simon M. Vainshtock, President of Transneft,  has met with Sibnefteprovod Administration and introduced  Ovchar Zinoviy Nikolaevich, new Director General of Sibnefteprovod, earlier took a post of Director General of “North Main Pipelines” JSC.
