| On May 19th 2004 Administration of Dzerzhinskiy-city and Vozrozhdeniye Bank entered into General Agreement on the issues of finance and credit relations and implementation of the program "Development of clearing payment system by means of credit cards for 2004-2006 in Dzerzhinskiy-city".
The Program is targeted at introduction of the advanced technologies in the interests of the city citizens. Clearing settlements by means of bankcards as a tool of payment for products and services are aimed at legalizing of finance flows, replenishing of the budget revenues, as well as improvement of living standards of the city citizens.
The municipal program is supposed to organize payment of salaries, social security benefits and pensions through bankcard accounts of citizens, to provide bankcard services at the merchant enterprises, utility payment services, payments to mobile operators and for satellite television through the Bank's ATMs. The program is targeted at implementation of various lending projects as well.
For the purpose of implementing the Program Vozrozhdeniye Bank was elected by the City on a tender basis with participation of six banks.
Viktor I. Dorkin, Head of the City Administration and Dmitriy L. Orlov, President of the Bank signed General Agreement.
