General Director of Rosseti Volga, Vladimir Ryabikin, and the Governor of the Orenburg region, Denis Pasler, discussed online a number of issues regarding the organization of the functioning of the branch of the power grid company in the Orenburg region during the period of prevention of the spread of coronavirus infection.

The activities of Orenburgenergo Branch of Rosseti Volga (brand of IDGC of Volga, PJSC) to ensure uninterrupted power supply to consumers and maintenance of power grid equipment cannot be interrupted under any circumstances. In this regard, Orenburgenergo is included in the list of enterprises that continue to operate during the period of self-isolation.

Moreover, all the necessary sanitary and prophylactic standards are observed, the personnel remaining at the workplaces are fully provided with antiviral protection and hygiene in all divisions of the branch. Full-scale planned preparation of the power grid complex of the company in the Orenburg region for work in the 2020/2021 autumn-winter period started in accordance with the instructions of the Head of the Rosseti Group of Companies, Pavel Livinsky.

The work is actively carried out thanks to the constant interaction of the electric power company and regional authorities. Infrastructural support of socio-economic stability during the period of combating the spread of coronavirus infection is currently one of the key objectives of Rosseti Volga.
