In the branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (included in the “Rosseti Group”, PJSC) - “Ulyanovsk distribution grids” starts the season of mass repair work.
By the end of April, the branch employees had already managed to repair almost 100 km of air lines, one substation and 30 transformer downstream substations. Energy also cleared and expanded more than 97 hectares of overhead lines.
Prior to the start of mass repair work, the employees of the branch's production divisions passed the knowledge test, medical examination, and worked out safe methods of performing work in power plants.
In 2019, in the branch of the Ulyanovsk Distribution Grids it is planned to repair 2417 km of overhead lines with a voltage of 0.4-10 kV, 998 km of high-voltage lines of 35-110 kV, 29 substations of 35-110 kV and 665 transformer substations with a voltage of 6-10/0.4 kV. The branch also plans to clear and expand the routes of 0.4-110 kV overhead lines with a total area of more than 558 hectares. Clearing the routes will prevent the occurrence of technological disruptions in the operation of power grid facilities.
The repair program of the Ulyanovsk Distribution Grids branch is aimed at improving the reliability and efficiency of the electric grid complex in the Ulyanovsk Region. The timely and high-quality implementation of all the activities planned as part of the repair program is one of the conditions for the success of the Ulyanovsk Distribution Grids Branch in the autumn-winter period 2019/2020.
