In 2020, consumers of the Chuvash Republic submitted 3,141 applications for technological connection (TC) to the grids of the Chuvashenergo Branch of Rosseti Volga, PJSC for a total capacity of more than 104 MW. Moreover, 2,882 applications were received through a personal account on the Company's website. 2,445 contracts were concluded (taking into account applications submitted in earlier periods) for a total maximum capacity of about 47 MW.

Additionally, clients submit applications concerning a whole range of other issues related to electrification in rural settlements, execution and approval of documents. For example, 127 applications were received in respect to power supply of socially significant facilities. Specialists of the Chuvashenergo Branch connected 6 medical and obstetric stations in the Alatyrsky, Kanashsky and Cheboksarsky districts of the Chuvash Republic to power grids.

Another important area is the implementation of work on the TÑof the agro-industrial complex enterprises. In 2020, Chuvashenergo specialists connected 88 peasant farms and agricultural enterprises in 19 districts of Chuvashia to power grids. The total capacity of the connected agro-industrial sites amounted to almost 4.6 MW.

Among the large objects are enterprises for cultivation and processing of grain and fruit and vegetable crops, dairy farms, warehouses for storing agricultural products, etc. Among those who applied for the TC service there are 2,439 individuals. 702 applicants are legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (communication institutions, organizations of the construction and road industry, as well as the administration of municipalities of the republic).

In order to prevent acute respiratory viral infections, since March of the last year, customer service has been conducted only remotely, which does not affect the speed of resolving issues.
