Since the beginning of August specially created commission conducts work on check of Chuvashenergo production divisions' readiness to work in an autumn and winter maximum of loadings of 2012-2013. 
In particular, observance of requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation on industrial safety, existence of production control over observance of requirements of industrial safety, (including questions of labor protection and fire safety), an completeness of workplaces with the personnel, existence of an emergency reserve of the capital equipment, the exchange collection, necessary materials and means for performance of emergency recovery operations according to the approved standards, readiness for conducting emergency recovery operations in the conditions of low temperatures, implementation of the approved plan of preparation for work during the autumn and winter period, including carrying out planned repairs of the basic and auxiliaries, buildings and constructions, carrying out technical survey and diagnostics of the equipment participating in ensuring of passing of winter-autumn period, availability for service of schemes of protection and automatic equipment, means of communication is checked, systems of dispatching technological management and some other positions. Besides the commission will check existence of means of individual protection of personnel, overalls, the tools, equipment necessary for works, normative and technical and operative documentation, instructions, the provisions given on permissible that load of power lines and the equipment, equipment fire extinguishing means, existence of dispatching communication channels and channels of transfer of telemetric information in the dispatching center, security of operative and exit and linear brigades with vehicles, means of communication etc. Following the results of preliminary check statements on the basis of which before total check which will pass in the beginning of October, production divisions should eliminate all defects revealed by members of the commission will be drawn up. Also specialists of Chuvashenergo branch will develop additional measures to increase reliability of power supply system.
