Orenburgenergo , a branch of IDGC of Volga, JSC pay special attention to reconstruction of electric power grids accepted on balance from other owners. Engineering networks on Ovrazhnaya and Vinogradnaya streets were transferred to balance of Orenburgenergo in 2008. Having estimated state of electric power grids, power engineering specialists carried out all necessary prospecting works and prepared the project of reconstruction of networks. In spring of 2012 the Orenburg city electric networks started works in a private sector of the Industrial region.«This year only down the Vinogradnaya street we should mount 126 support of power lines and new transformer substation, to suspend about 2,5 kilometers of a wire, - Dmitry Lipin, the deputy chief engineer of the Orenburg city electric networks makes comments. - Today we finished installation of 1.5 kilometers of wire, replaced inputs in 93 houses, established 52 support». Power supply of private home down the Ovrazhnaya street was considered as the problem. The old equipment belonging to the foreign subscriber, couldn't provide increasing requirements in electric power. Residents complained of a low voltage in networks and frequent shutdowns. In the Orenburg city electric networks found a way out. Power engineering specialists establish the transformer substation and connect in houses according to the new scheme. Here they should put 75 support, mount about 4 kilometers of the self-bearing isolated wire. This year works are carried out in settlements of the Orenburg area, Zubarevk, Yunoe, Donguza's settlements, by Pervomaisk, Solovyevk's village. The general length of reconstructed networks will make up 200 kilometers, transformer substations – 27 pieces. «Reconstruction of engineering networks is conducted according to plan. First of all, areas included in the program of reconstruction, are those which have complaints from Orenburg-citizens. Then objects which demand intervention by results of inspection of networks by experts of the Orenburg city electric networks get to the program. Needs for materials, labor, finance are collected and analyzed, - Dmitry Lipin notes - All this is included in the investment program of the next year. The investment program becomes more large-scale every year. In 2011 only on the Orenburg city electric networks it made 317 million rubles, this year – already more than 330 million rubles».
