Based on the results of four months of this year, the Customer Relations Department (CRD) of the Ulyanovsk Distribution Grids Branch of Rosseti Volga Public Joint-Stock Company received 1,334 requests.

Most of them (643) are applications for technological connection of facilities to the branch’s grids. 138 issues related to re-registration of technological connection upon change of owner. Also, requests on various issues were received by the Branch through the personal account of the Power Grid Services Portal.

The Customer Relations Department of the Branch continues to work effectively in a remote mode. The specialists of the Department consult consumers by phone, explain the procedure for technological connection and the procedure for connecting to power grids, and also help in filling out the necessary documents.

Ulyanovsk Distribution Grids Branch informs that now it is possible to submit an application for technological connection through the branches of the multifunctional centers for the provision of state and municipal services (MFC) in the region. Employees of the centers, if necessary, will provide information to applicants on how to create the personal account and on other additional issues.
