Consumer service offices of the “Penzaenergo” branch received almost 7,000 calls within 10 months

For 10 months of 2020, 6,730 calls were received at consumer service offices of the “Penzaenergo” branch of Rosseti Volga, PJSC. Of these, more than 5.9 thousand were on the issues of technological connection to electric power grids, including over 2.7 thousand applications directly for the very service of connection to the company's grids.

Also, during the reporting period, the specialists of the “Penzaenergo” branch concluded 2,012 contracts (taking into account the applications submitted in earlier periods) for technological connection of consumers for a total capacity of 65.63 MW.

At the moment, customer service is carried out in a distant form only. The main tools for filing applications for technological connection are the Internet resource of the Rosseti Group of Companies (ïîðòàë-òï.ðô), the Rosseti – Personal Account Mobile Application (for iOS and Android).

Consumers can report voltage fluctuations, electrical equipment defects or other energy supply problems in Rosseti Volga's area of responsibility using the portal of the Rosseti Group of Companies – Svetlaya strana (ñâåòëàÿñòðàíà.ðô).
