Branch director of Rosseti Volga (brand of IDGC of Volga PJSC) - Penzaenergo Igor Tolbin was honored with commendation by the Governor of the Penza Region. The award ceremony, dedicated to the Constitution Day of the Russian Federation, took place in the Governor's house on Thursday, December 12. During his speech, Governor Ivan Belozertsev congratulated all those present on the national holiday, and called the Penza people recommended for awards the pride of the region.
