The customer service center of the branch of IDGC of Volga - Chuvashenergo summed up the work for the 1st quarter of 2019

The Consumer Service Center (CSC) of the branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (part of the Rosseti group) - Chuvashenergo summarized the work in the first quarter of the current year. During the first three months, 608 appeals were submitted to the CSC on various issues.

 In most cases, applications are coming from customers for technological connection to the grids of the Chuvashenergo branch. In the first quarter of 2019, there were 465 such requests. During the reporting period, 422 contracts were concluded (including applications submitted in earlier periods) for technological connection for a total maximum power of about 8,370 kW.

In addition to applications for technological connection, customers address on a number of other issues related to electrification in rural areas, execution and coordination of documents. For example, on the issues of power supply of socially significant objects during the reporting period there were 65 calls. Requests are also coming from customers on electricity metering issues - repair, installation, replacement, sealing of metering devices, etc.

IDGC of Volga, PJSC is an interregional distribution grid company and has reserves of electrical capacity at power centers in 7 regions of Volga Federal District. The company has organized an effective and high-quality work to provide an integrated technological connection service to the power grids in order to create an opportunity for the consumption (output) of electrical power, which results in the actual connection of consumers' power plants to the objects of network management.

In order to receive the technological connection service of facilities with the volume of electricity consumption up to 150 kW, it is not necessary to visit customer service offices. It is enough to fill in the electronic application entry form in the “Personal Account” on the company's website www.mrsk-volgi.ru, and then follow the steps of the procedure execution online. Currently, the "Personal Account" also has the possibility of signing a contract using an electronic digital signature (EDS). The applicant can sign the contract from the phone using the code in the SMS.

In addition to the CSC in the city of Cheboksary, located at 4/4 I. Yakovlev Ave., consumers of the Chuvash Republic can send their appeals to the production divisions of the Chuvashenergo branch located in the cities of Cheboksary (13 Gladkov St., 352). t. (8352) 39-95-65), Alatyr (19 Gagarin St., t. (83531) 2-97-03) and Kanash (267 Zheleznodorozhnaya St., t. (83533) 3-89-63). Also, for the customers’ convenience, applications are accepted in each of the districts of the branch’s electrical networks and by sending them through the Post of Russia.
