The Customer Service Center (CSC) of Chuvashenergo, a branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (a member of Rosseti Group of Companies), reported their performance results for the period from January till October of the current year. Thus, over 10 months about 3,032 customers reportedly visited CSC to raise different issues. Generally, customers file their requests for technological connection to the power grids of Chuvashenergo, a branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC. Over the reporting period, 2,275 requests for technological connection were reported. Including requests made earlier, 1,605 agreements for technological connection were signed, for the total maximum capacity of about 35,069 kW. Specialists of the Customer Service Center provide explanations on technological connection procedures, handle service enquiries, and assist in completing necessary forms and documentation. In addition to the Customer Service Center in Cheboksary located at: pr. I. Yakovleva, 4/4 (1 floor), clients of the Chuvash Republic may address their concerns to the production departments of Chuvashenergo branch located in Cheboksary (ul. Gladkova, 13, tel.: (8352) 39-95-65), Alatyr (ul. Gagarina, 19, tel.: (83531) 2-97-03), and Kanash (ul. Zheleznodorozhnaya, 267, tel.: (83533) 3-89-63). To ensure maximum levels of comfort for clients, calls are accepted and handled in every distribution zone of the branch. Clients can also address their concerns via the Russian Post. One of focus areas of the customer-centric policy of the branch is organization and holding of regular meetings with customers. The management of Chuvashenergo branch holds personal meetings with customers in all districts of the republic.
