Penzaenergo, a branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (a member of Rosseti Group of Companies), completed construction, installation, start-up and commissioning works on the upgrade of communication facilities at Pachelma Selkhoz, Novaya Tolkovka, Verkhny Lomov 110 kV substations (SS).

In accordance with the project and working documentation, the works have been completed on the organization of dispatcher digital communication channels and remote data links between the automated systems of dispatching management at Novaya Tolkovka substation and Kamensky Production Department (PD), between Verkhny Lomov substation and Nizhnelomovsky PD; and the digital communication between the above objects and Penzaenergo grid control center was also organized. In particular, the experts made the installation of high-frequency chokes, coupling capacitors, connection filters, single-pole isolators, and installed half-sets of HF supervisory control channel communication equipment Line C. Similar works have been performed at Pachelma Selkhoz 110 kV substation.

Aside from this, within the framework of the 2016 upgrading program for the communication equipment of substations, at Pachelma, Novaya Tolkovka, Nevezhkino, Verkhny Lomov 110 kV substations, and in the control station of Nizhnelomovsky PD the works on the organization of radio relay communication were completed.
