The Customer Service Center of Chuvashenergo, a branch of IDGC of Volga, JSC (a member of Rosseti Group of Companies) summed up its performance for three quarters of 2014. During 9 months, the Center delivered its services to about 4,000 clients. In the most cases customers submit requests for technological connection to the power grids of Chuvashenergo, a branch of IDGC of Volga, JSC. During the reporting period, the Center processed 2,023 such requests resulted in 1,698 agreements for technological connection for the maximum capacity of 44,964.48 kW. In addition to requests for technological connection, the customers contact the Center to solve other issues related to electrification of rural settlements, issuance and approval of documents. For instance, during the reporting period the Center processed 231 requests for electric power supply to vital infrastructure facilities. The Center also deals with power metering (repair, installation, replacement and sealing of power meters) and service quality issues, etc. Issuance and approval of documents of balance inventory delineation and operational responsibilities delineation (1,165 requests), approval of land use documents (169 requests) are among the most urgent issues.
