The Customer Service Center of Chuvashenergo, a branch of IDGC of Volga, JSC, summed up the results of activities implemented in QI, 2013. During two quarters of the current year, 2,363 clients addressed the Customer Service Center on different matters. In the most cases the customers submit applications for technological connection to the power grids of Chuvashenergo, a branch of IDGC of Volga, JSC. During QI, 2013, 1,076 such applications were received; for comparison, during the similar period of the previous year 752 applications for technological connection were registered. During QI, 2013, 978 agreements were signed for technological connection for the total capacity of 24 MW. Apart from applications for technological connection, customers address the Center on several other matters related to electrification of new streets in rural settlements, preparation and approval of documents, issues related to electric power metering (repair, installation, replacement, sealing of metering devices), quality of customer service, etc. As usual, among the most urgent issues are issuance and approval of documents of balance inventory delineation and statements of operational responsibilities delineation (646 calls), approval of land use documents (78 calls), electrification of new streets in rural settlements (32 calls).
