The "Chuvashenergo" center of clients' servicing summed up the results of work in the III quarter 2012. For 9 months of the current year 3169 clients applied to center of clients' servicing on various problems.
In most cases clients apply for implementation of technological connection to electric networks of the branch of IDGC of Volga, JSC - "Chuvashenergo". During the III quarter 2012 572 clients applied, 533 contracts on technological connection (taking into account the demands received in 2011) on the general maximum capacity about 9 MWt were signed.
Besides demands for technical connection, clients address on a great number of other questions connected with electrification of new streets in rural settlements, registration and coordination of documents; with the accounting of the electric power (repair, installation, replacement, sealing of the accounting devices ), quality of servicing etc. Among the most topical issues there is still registration and coordination of documents on differentiation of balance accessory and differentiation of operational responsibility (211 applications), coordination of land management documentation (71 applications), electrification of new streets in rural settlements (8 applications).
It should be noted that except the servicing Center in Cheboksary, located to the address: I. Yakovlev Ave. 4/4 (1 floor), customers of the Chuvash Republic can send applications to offices by the following addresses: Cheboksary (Gladkov St., 13, t. (8352) 39-95-65), Alatyr (Gagarin St., 19, t. (83531) 2-97-03) and Kanash (Zheleznodorozhnaya St., 267, t. (83533) 3-89-63). Besides, for convenience of clients, demands acceptance is carried out in each of regions of electric networks, and also by mail.
