In the current year preparation for obtaining passports of readiness passed for the first time under the new Provision on check of readiness of power industry subjects to work during the autumn and winter period, approved as the decision of the Governmental commission on power supply safety. In accordance with the developed plans and schedules of their realization performance about 300 organizational and technical actions which are urged to provide reliability of work of electric power grids and uninterrupted power supply of consumers was provided. General director of IDGC of Volga, JSC Vladimir Ryabikin noted that the forthcoming autumn and winter months electric power engineers should do the utmost as much as possible to reduce time of reaction for possible non-staff situations and elimination of their consequences. For the purpose of increase in mobility of the brigades intended for performance of emergency recovery operations, the company considerably increased quantity of acquired special equipment of the increased passableness. The personnel is provided with modern tools and adaptations, means of collective and individual protection, overalls, means of mobile and radio communications. Necessary stocks of combustive-lubricating materials are created. The emergency stock of the branch «Saratov distribution grids» is completed according to standards. Conditions of its storage correspond to the approved normative documents. Clearing of glades of power lines from wood and shrubby vegetation became the important direction of work on preparation for the period of coming autumn winter in the territory of the Saratov region. To increase the efficiency application the modern grinding complexes (mulcher) was used. Vladimir Ryabikin demanded from the heads of production offices of - «Saratov distribution grids» of IDGC of Volga , JSC to increase overall performance on planning of the forthcoming repair program of 2013.
