At the first meeting of Board of directors of IDGC of Volga, JSC (new structure elected extraordinary General shareholder meeting 23.08.2012), Murov Andrey Evgenyevich, the Executive director of IDGC Holding , JSC is confirmed as the chairman of board of directors of Society. Inozemtzev Vladimir Vyacheslavovich, the Head of the Department of transport of the electric power and energy saving of IDGC Holding, JSC became the vice-chairman of Board of directors. The Board of directors also approved personal structure of Committee on strategy and development, Committee on audit, Committee on reliability, Personnel and Award Committee, Committee on Technological Connection to electric grids.
