On August 23 in Saratov extraordinary General meeting of shareholders of Otkrytogo aktsionernogo obshchestva Interregional Distribution Grid Company of Volga (IDGC of Volga, JSC) under the chairmanship of the director general of the company took place.
During meeting shareholders of JSC IDGC of Volga considered two questions of the agenda: about the early termination of powers of board members of Society and about election of board members of Society.
By the decision of the board members who have gathered power of Society were stopped. In new Board of directors 11 people are elected:
- Remes Seppo Yukha, Director general of Kiuru, JSC;
- Gavrilova Tatyana Vladimirovna, the analyst of Representative office with limited liability "Speshialayzd Risech Limited";
- Murov Andrey Evgenyevich, First Deputy Chairman of the board of  FGC UES, JSC, Executive director of  IDGC Holding,JSC;
- Ryabikin Vladimir Anatolyevich, Director General of IDGC of Volga, JSC ;
- Bashindzhagyan Astkhik Artashesovna, the Chief specialist - the expert of department of corporate governance of Corporate management department, a price environment and control and auditing work in branches of energy industry of Ministry for the Power Generating Industry of Russia;
- Balayeva Svetlana Aleksandrovna, Head of the department of investments of  IDGC Holding, JSC;
- Streltsov Sergey Viktorovich, Director general of MES branch of "Volga" of  FGC UES, JSC; - Inozemvtsev Vladimir Vyacheslavovich, head of the department of transport of the electric power and JSC IDGC Holding energy saving; - Merzlikina Maria Vladimirovna, Head of the department of corporate finance of FGC UES, JSC ;
- Varvarin Alexander Viktorovich, Managing director for the corporate relations and legal support of RSPP;
- Pankstyanov Yury Nikolaevich, head of the department of a tariffs of IDGC Holding, JSC.
