The agreement, entitled “On Creating Favorable Conditions for Small and Mid-Sized Business and Improving Its Effectiveness in Energy Projects and Programs,” was signed by Dmitry Ivanov, Deputy General Director of IDGC of Volga, JSC and Director of ChuvashEnergo Branch Office, and Igor Kustarin, Chairman of the Chuvash Division of Opora Rossii, All-Russian Public Association of Small and Mid-Sized Business. The agreement presupposes joint work on major principles and mechanisms of entrepreneurship support through the measures as provided for by the current legislation (Government order No. 334) on discounts provided to small and mid-sized business to gain access to federal grids with the total capacity of up to 100 kW. The document aims to assure fair and rational distribution and re-distribution of resources after the access to the grid is provided, to guarantee that non-consumed volumes are not wasted. The program includes creation of an information space for the entrepreneur community and a special network organization.
