The trading in shares of IDGC of Volga, JSC were at RTS on the 19th of May 2008. Following the yesterday results, the average price of a share amounted to 23 cent, the company’s capitalization - is $ 1.77 billion accordingly (RUR 41.97 billion). On the whole the shares have become more expensive by over 15%.

In the nearest days IDGC of Volga, JSC will bring its shares to MICEX. The inclusion of securities of the Entity in quotation list B is also planned in the third quarter of the current year. Till the end of the year the company’s capitalization is supposed to grow up to $2 billion. At present time RAO UES of Russia possesses 67.63% shares of the Entity, the largest minoritaries are Estone Holdings Limited, Emeraldi Enterprises Limited, Rubinium Enterprises Limited.
