An excursion for students of Orenburg State Agrarian University training in the profession “The automation and electrification of agriculture” was organized today at the training ground of Orenburgenergo branch of IDGC of Volga, JSC.

It’s already the forth excursion for the students of OSAU; this time the guests of the powermen were 25 third-year students. The students got acquainted with the equipment of the grid complex with which they will have to work after they finish their studies. The training ground includes trainers of facilities of distribution electric grids – substations, power transmission lines, special equipment, educational classes equipped with computers and communication. The training ground of Orenburgenergo is one of the best in Russia at the assessment of specialists.

The cooperation of branch of IDGC of Volga, JSC - Orenburg and OSAU covers the educational, staff and scientific spheres of activity. This year the personnel management specialists of Orenburgenergo together with the workers of the University worked out the program of introductory lessons. In the future they also plan to hold classes for would-be powermen at the training ground.
