A two-day seminar with engineer- and technical employees of electric grids’ regions was organized before the beginning of the repair campaign in the Eastern production department of Orenburgenergo branch of IDGC of Volga, JSC. The powermen discussed the issues the preparation to the repairs campaign of 2008 and provision of safe holding of repair works.

The seminar is organized with the goal of improvement of the management system of occupational safety and operation, sharing of experience, the expertise increase of directors and specialists of electric grids’ regions.

This year the staff of the Eastern production department Orenburgenergo plans to make the repair of over 50 units of special equipment and 430 km of different voltage power transmission lines.
